Always Warm Up Before And After Any Penis Enlargement Exercise Routine!!!

Before beginning any Exercise always warm up your penis by applying heat for at least five minutes to your "sexual member". Use a small towel/cloth soaked in hot water or placed under a running hot water tap, a microwave-heating pad can also work well in warming up your penis. You should increase this every time you work out and eventually work up to about 500 short squeezes and between five and ten long squeezes three or four days a week.
