This is a free online recipe for Apple Cider Salad
Ingredient:
1. 2 cups of apple cider
2. 2 packages gelatin powder -- unflavored
3. 2 bowls of sliced apples
4. 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
5. 1/4 teaspoon of salt
6. 1 bowl of lettuce leaves
7. 1/4 cup of cut black walnuts
8. 1 small cup of cooking oil
Method and instructions:
1. Pour half a cup cold water into a small bowl. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin on water. Allow the mixture to stand for 5-10 minutes for it to soften.
2. Next, we need to heat two cups of apple cider. Once it is until hot, we need to add some salt.
3. Stop heating and immediately add the softened gelatin. Stir the mixture until the gelatin has fully dissolved.
4. With cooking oil, light grease a 1 quart mold. Please avoid using olive oil. Using a spoon, scope about half a cup of gelatin mixture into mold. After that put them into the refrigerator.
5. Next, we need to chill the remaining mixture until slightly thicker than consistency of unbeaten egg white. Just before large bowl of gelatin is of the desired consistency, slice the chop walnuts, apples and parsley. After that, add them to the gelatin and place all of them into the mold. Please note that the mold should already contain a thin bottom layer of gelatin. Chill the stuffs until set.
6. Decorate a serving plate with some lettuce leaves. Once done, pour the stuffs in the mold onto a serving plate.
